The Add Staff Group is comprised of an innovative, industry specific recruitment company (Add Staff Recruitment) and an apprentice/trainee recruitment and mentoring service (Add Staff Apprenticeships). These companies provide recruitment, human resources and apprenticeship services Nationally.  About The OpportunityThis is an immediate opportunity, commencing as a Part Time Casual with the potential to become a Permanent position.  Based on Brisbane’s Northside, our client specialises in custom made switchboards and distribution boards, offering design and engineering solutions to the Electrical Industry.  This is a Part-Time position, working flexible hours Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break and Friday 9am to 1pm.  You will commence in a casual ongoing position, with the possibility of a transition to a permanent part time role.  Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will support the day to day accounts operations and administrative functions.  Day to day responsibilities will include: Answering Telephone and Email Enquiries Administrative assistance for the Accounts Payable functions Receipting of goods and cross checking with order paperwork   Data Entry using MYOB 2020.2SE AccountRight How to Apply?If you are interested in the opportunity, apply now to express your interest and one of our recruiters will be in contact!
