You will join a positive, high energy work environment where client and candidate solutions are our key priority. The roles you will recruit for will be diverse across the industry, including blue and white collar positions. Key responsibilities will include: Candidate sourcing and engagement, building candidate relationships and providing employment assistance Advertising new opportunities, screening and short listing candidates Undertake candidate interviews, reference checks and on boarding Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates Ensure all database information is accurately maintained Create a positive client and candidate experience  This is a permanent, full time career opportunity where you will enjoy a flexible working environment, competitive salary, participate in industry and team social events.  Who are we looking for?This opportunity is best suited to a positive, customer and outcomes focused person.
