Vincere is a CRM specialised for the recruitment industry. Vincere has an exisitng Zapier integration which is considered to be in beta and has limited actions available. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the official Vincere Zapier App I created my own private Zapier application using the Vincere API. This Zapier integration was used to improve process automation at my client, Add Staff Recruiting.

I created my own Zapier app and deployed it privately onto the Add Staff Zapier account. Whenever I need new actions that are not available in the official Vincere App I add the action to my custom version. In this way I am able to create workflows using whichever of the API endpoints I needs, via a combination of the official Zapier App and my custom one.
